Virginia, DC also added to stay-at-home orders as COVID-19 spreads in region.
WASHINGTON, DC - Maryland has issued a "stay at home" order for all residents, effective at 8 p.m. tonight, Gov. Larry Hogan (R) said Monday.
No Maryland resident should be leaving their home, unless it's for an essential job or for an essential reason, Hogan said. Non-essential businesses must scale down their operations, and allow telework as much as possible, Hogan said.
