MADISON, Wis. — On Wednesday, Lt. Governor Sara Rodriguez, State Senator Kelda Roys, Dr. Kristin Lyerly, and other leaders throughout Wisconsin will hold press conferences in Green Bay, Madison, and Milwaukee highlighting Eric Hovde’s record of opposing abortion rights and pushing to restrict Wisconsinites’ freedom to make their own medical decisions.

Ahead of the press conferences, Democratic Party of Wisconsin Rapid Response Director Arik Wolk said: “California bank owner Eric Hovde can’t hide from his extreme anti-abortion record. Hovde has said in his own words he is ‘100% pro-life,’ ‘totally opposed to abortion,’ and ‘oppose[s] legalized abortion.’ Wisconsinites know that if elected Eric Hovde would take away Wisconsinites' freedom to make their own medical choices and support a national abortion ban.”

The press conferences will be held on Wednesday, February 28 in Green Bay, Madison, and Milwaukee at 11am.
