MADISON - Hey, I’m retiring on July 1, and I hope you’ll come bid me farewell and hear my parting words at our annual celebration just two weeks from today!

That’s Wednesday, May 10, at the usual place -- the Lussier Family Heritage Center, 3101 Lake Farm Road, in Madison, south of South Towne.

Doors open at 5:00 p.m., with delicious hors d’oeuvres from Marigold Kitchen.

The program will start promptly at 6:00 p.m.

We’re also fortunate to have Madison Poet Laureate (and Wisconsin Democracy Campaign board member) Angie Trudell Vasquez offering some of her poetry to you.

It’ll be a fun, if bittersweet, event, and I sure hope I’ll see you there!
