MADISON - When you go to vote, and early voting has already started, you’ll see three statewide referendums on your ballot. The first two would amend the Wisconsin Constitution, and the third is non-binding.

But all three are bad, as I point out here:

In our tally of election spending this week, we note the obscene amount of money pouring into the state. And we also note that, for the first time in this election, outside spending for Dan Kelly is surpassing that for Janet Protaseiwicz:

And this week, we began running commercials on the Civic Media network and in Milwaukee, featuring Jrue Holiday and Brook Lopez of the Milwaukee Bucks, urging people to vote and to defend our freedom to vote. Here’s a digital version of that ad that you can share with your Wisconsin networks:

Whether you’re voting early or voting in person on April 4, the crucial thing is that you do vote in this election.

It’s really important. It’ll determine whether our freedoms expand in Wisconsin, or whether they continue to shrink.
