FOND DU LAC, WI - Mike McCabe's Principle over Party campaign continues to make its way around the state, this time focusing on Fond du Lac. The candidate and campaign staff and supporters plan to make several stops in the area during the day, culminating in a Meet and Greet event that evening at Casa del Tequila (525 N Peters Ave, Fond du Lac, WI 54937).

Mike's goal is to inspire and engage people from all over the state to get back into the driver's seat. Democracy is not a spectator sport. Mike's message continues to explain and educate why this campaign must be People Powered and Crowd Funded if it is to succeed.

Morning walk to visit the many Main Street businesses
Lunch with some County Supervisors

Meet & Greet at Casa Del Tequila 6pm to 8:30pm, 525 N Peters Ave Fond du Lac, WI 54937

mike-mccabe"Wisconsin is becoming a shadow of its former self. So much of what made Wisconsin special is being dismantled. I’m having an increasingly hard time recognizing it as the place where I grew up. Never in my lifetime have I seen our government less responsive to regular people. Never have I seen our public institutions so disrespected and distrusted. Never have I have seen both major parties this fouled up. Never have I seen the political establishment so corrupted and out of touch," said McCabe.

He continued, "I am running for governor for one reason and one reason only. To do everything I can to get our government working for all of us and not just a privileged few."
