MADISON — Gov. Tony Evers announced today that he is seeking applicants for the Brown County Circuit Court – Branch 4. The appointment will fill a vacancy being created by Judge Kendall M. Kelley’s resignation, effective Aug. 2, 2024. The new judge will complete a term ending July 31, 2025.
