MADISON - Gov. Tony Evers announced today that he is seeking applicants for the Wisconsin Court of Appeals – District I. The appointment will fill a vacancy being created by Judge Joan Kessler’s retirement, effective February 7, 2020. The new judge will complete a term ending July 31, 2021.
