WASHINGTON, DC - Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-Minn.) is ending her presidential campaign and endorsing former Vice President Joe Biden. Klobuchar is planning to announce she's leaving the campaign after a disappointing finish in South Carolina. The decision was a bit of surprise coming one day before the primary in her home state of Minnesota. |
