Congressional candidate will be at Sturgeon Bay City Hall Thursday, Shawano Civic Center Friday, and Appleton Public Library next Monday. APPLETON - Rep. Amanda Stuck announced Monday the first listening sessions of her campaign for the 8th Congressional District. Rep. Stuck will hold three listening sessions across the district in the month of August to hear from residents about the issues that matter to them. “An important part of being an elected leader is to hear directly from the people. I’ve always made listening sessions an important part of my duties as a state representative and I will continue that as a member of Congress,” said Rep. Stuck.
