gb-vote1-47League of Women Voters urges you to vote today. Don't let all the confusion, political games, and COVID-19 dangers take your voice away.

MADISON - After a lot of back and forth, today's Wisconsin Spring Election and Presidential Primary election is still on! For voters who have yet to cast a ballot in this election, polls are open until 8pm.

If you have yet to return your absentee ballot, it must be postmarked by April 7. Each absentee ballot for this election must have the required witness signature and address in order to be counted. Find suggestions here for who can be your witness, even if you are social distancing. You can also drop it off at your polling place by 8pm this evening (4/7) or at another location designated by your municipal clerk (ex. an official drop box). You can find your municipal clerk's contact info HERE: https://myvote.wi.gov/en-US/MyMunicipalClerk

For Wisconsin voters planning to cast your ballot in person, many polling places have changed, but you can find your polling place at myvote.wi.gov. Don’t forget, if you are in line waiting to vote when polls close at 8pm, you can still cast your ballot.

If you are voting in person, please take precautions and practice social distancing at your polling place. Voters who encounter problems while voting should report them to the Election Protection Hotline. Trained experts are prepared to talk voters through any issues at 1-866-OUR-VOTE (866-687-8683) / 1-888-VE-Y-VOTA (en Español).

We realize these voting conditions are unique, and the League of Women Voters wants to ensure everyone has the information they need to participate in our elections and to do so safely. Find additional information at VOTE411.org.

Thanks for taking extra precautions while voting during this outbreak!
