With a history of hiding his record, now he won't say if he will support Trump.

MADISON - Sen. Luther Olsen has spent his entire campaign hiding his record from the voters. So, it’s no surprise that in a candidate forum last week the incumbent Senator refused to disclose if he would vote for his party's presidential nominee.

According to a report from WKOW, when asked about whether he would support Donald Trump, Olsen dodged the question telling the voters of the 14th Senate District that it essentially was none of their business. 

Instead of answering the question, Sen. Olsen tried to quickly change the subject:

"They call it a secret ballot for a reason and really it's not my intention to tell you who I'm going to vote for honestly, because I'm running for the 14th Senate District and I think my body of work is what you need to look at and - whenever I'm asked - what I stand for," said Sen. Olsen

“The people of the 14th Senate District have a right to know if Luther Olsen thinks Donald Trump is qualified to be President of the United States," Democratic Party of Wisconsin spokesman Brandon Weathersby said on Wednesday. “On issue after issue, Trump has proven himself to be temperamentally unfit to hold our nation’s highest office. If Luther Olsen won’t stand up and tell the people of the 14th Senate District whether he supports Trump’s divisive agenda, how can he be trusted to stand up for them in the State Senate?"
