GREEN BAY - The New Community Shelter is offering a full-time career opportunity to an experienced Case Manager. This position is responsible for working with 20-25 adults experiencing homelessness.

Duties include assessment, development and implementation of individualized plans, knowledge of community resources and an understanding of boundaries, ethics, and confidentiality.

A 4 year degree in a Human Service related field is required. Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness, mental health issues and/or AODA issues a plus.
