The budget and finance plan is the bedrock of the campaign. You can’t contact voters in an effective manner without raising money and it is important to have a plan on how to raise and spend that money. However, you can’t raise money, get on the ballot, or gather nomination signatures until you file the correct paperwork. This video goes over all this information and will teach you the basics of what you need to set up a successful campaign.
