GREEN BAY - The American Foundation of Counseling Services is looking to employ a full time Masters level therapist with a state license in Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Community Counseling or Ph.D Clinical Psychology for the position of Resident Training Director.

This individual will provide training and clinical supervision for a group of mental health therapy residents.

Ideal candidates will have:

* a minimum of five years of providing mental health therapy working with a diverse population to include group and individual therapy, along with two years of clinical supervision experience.

* an ability to coordinate services with other community entities.

* be comfortable discussing clients' spiritual/religious beliefs and integrate these into therapy practices.

* have a comprehensive working knowledge of Wisconsin state statutes for the practice of outpatient mental health services.
