JANESVILLE, WI - The Janesville WiFi Project, a venture of local IT company Novak Networx LLC in Janesville, has setup a temporary free WiFi network covering most of the fairgrounds during this week’s Rock County 4H Fair.

Novak Networx’s Janesville WiFi project has been around for 2 years providing free internet access around the Janesville area and for special events like the Janesville Farmers Market. The network at the fairgrounds is designed to be deployed at special events in less than a day providing high speed access to vendors and fair goers free of charge.

You can connect to the network by looking for “Janesville WiFi” in your devices WiFi settings.

The Janesville WiFi Project’s goal is to bring free community WiFi to many public areas of Janesville. They currently have access available in over 10 locations in the Janesville area including the Ice Arena and the Janesville Farmers Market.

More information about the project can be found at: www.janesvillewifi.com or calling 608-352-4060.
