Transitional Housing Program (THP) Case Manager Position - The Salvation Army

The Salvation Army has an opening for a Transitional Housing Case Manager in the Transitional Housing Program unit.

The position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field and two years case management experience, OR, any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. This is a full time exempt position.
