The Executive Director is responsible for providing leadership and vision for Greater Green Bay Habitat for Humanity consistent with the overall mission and values set forth by the Board of Directors.

The responsibility areas include; Community Relations-Advocacy, Public Relations & Marketing, Resource Development, Construction Management, Partner Family Coordination, Financial Management/Budgets, Fundraising, & Staff Management.

Qualifications:

•           Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience.

•           4 years of relevant experience in such areas as human services, social work, ministry, education or business administration preferred.

•           Experience building relationships and partnerships with non-profit leadership.

•           Experience creating, administering, and supervising budgets.

•           A basic understanding of house construction, mortgage banking and relevant laws, fundraising, grant writing, and public speaking preferred.

The ideal Executive Director candidate will be a strategic thinker, with the ability to lead a diverse group of people, inspire & implement a shared vision, possess a solid work ethic, demonstrate strong inter-personal and public speaking skills, be detail-oriented, and possess a passion for serving and enriching the lives of others.
