GREEN BAY - The Salvation Army has an opening for a case manager in the emergency services/basic needs unit.  The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field and one year case management experience, or, any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities  The position provides short term case management for food pantry, rent, utilities, transportation, thrift store vouchers, prescriptions and works on special events throughout the year.  This is a full time exempt position.  Interested applicants should send a cover letter and resume to:  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
