MADISON – Senator Bob Wirch (D-Kenosha) Senator Bob Wirch (D-Kenosha) offered the Democratic weekly radio address today. In his radio message, Sen. Wirch talks about the proposed changes to the Knowles-Nelson Stewardship Program, cuts to state parks and limits to public input and oversight authority.
